I would go to court Monday - I wouldn't be able to bear not knowing what was going on and wouldn't trust them not to stitch you up...

Really good news re the mortgage holiday... will he even qualify for job seekers allowance and any help with the mortgage?

Oh dear mrcmr, I'm afraid in your position I would be VERY angry with your OH indeed.

In situations like this, every member of the business has to look out for himself, and watch his own back. Your OH doesn't seem capable of doing so right now.

Is there anything you can do to get him fighting out there in the business, rather than fighting with you?

There is a limit to what you can find out about the business, unless you are a member (do you hold any shares in it by any chance? That would give you a little power).

What you really need is for your OH to talk to the lawyer on Monday a.m., before court, to find out just what the situation is.

And he REALLY needs to go to the court. Whatever the proceedings are, all directors should be there whatever.

You don't want the others to do something like suggest your OH had offered personal guarantees for debts or whatever, and him not there to deny it.
I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say. :)
