    I am sure some of your stalwarts will be with you soon, but just for the meantime,,,

    You have to take comfort from the fact, that it wasn't anything your OH or others did that made the business fail (i am assuming), it is just the economy. That means that when there is an upswing, the skills will have just as much value attached to them as they had before and OH earning power will go back up again.

    It is keeping going in the meantime that is the tough bit I know. I hope the man who got all excited about you, gives you a job. Or maybe he is thinking about yo for anther job that isn't advertised yet.....

    Is today they all get struck off?
