Hi Andy, welcome to the board. There's really no upper or lower limit for how much you should do in a day, just put whatever you feel comfortable with. I usually write a really long list and then never get in all done so a short one's probably best.

Today I will:
Buy cereal on Sainsbury's gift card.
Pay money from weekend into the bank.
Go to uni by bus and collect Sikhism textbooks.
Attempt to start essay.
And if it all gets done, it'll be a miracle.

Thank you for all the get well wishes

I have got myself up and showered now and don't feel too bad...but the tiredness is creeping back and I'll need a kip later
I have a doctor appointment for tomorrow, so hopefully we'll sort me out;)
I have put a washing on (at 30deg of course) and it's on the line. I've hoovered the lounge and kitchen/diner as it was such a mess and driving me mad.
Would like to finish my NVQ unit while I'm home and it's quiet....but I have a feeling I'll be asleep later:rolleyes: Annoying.....
Anyway, off to mooch around the boards some more
I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
hello again everyone!
Well I DID get thru to doctors ...to THE most quiet speaking woman I have ever come across. I had to ask her to speak up. Anyway...they don't have any appointments available till next week! So I went to the walk-in-centre in town. Ears now syringed ...so I can hear...yay!! Not perfect but she said that may be because of my sinus problems. She recommended some tablets I haven't tried before so went to boots on the way home.
So, fingers crossed I may be improving! Thanks everyone for the good wishes!
Andyinyorks....welcome to the thread! Looks like you are doing well on the small DFW front!
MrsA - glad to hear you are feeling perkier. Weather definately helps I think.

1) Signed up on here! Have been lurking for ages, thought it was time to join in!
5) Find a notebook to use as my spending diary
Is that enough for my first day on DFW??
Hello and well done for jumping in with two feet!!
Someone on here recommended this
www.spendingdiary.com - free paperless and fun to play with - and id does loads of whizzy piecharts and stuff.
Thus far been using it for about a month and finding it really useful.
I now know - just after a normal ish month
1 Firstly - one child sucks money out of me more than the other:rotfl:
2 Having 2 cars is very expensive!!!!
3 I spend more in charity shops than I had realised
4 We treat ourselves (mostly foodie treats) far too much each month
5 And - my household expenses isn't as much as I thought it was!!
Hello and welcome to the mad house!Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:

Hey Andy- another first time poster on this board.
Have decided this week that I am starting properly into the whole DFW thing instead of halfheartedly going at a lot of different things!
So far today I have
- checked online banking- booked a load of flights for my sports club so my balance is currently sitting in the black instead of in my overdraft but the available balance brings me back to earth!
- checked my cashback site- over £100 thanks to using sites before booking hotels
- did my daily scratch- sick of looking at those damn orange fish!!
- built my new Ikea desk and chair so that I have a good work space instead of perching in my bed and losing paperwork
- tried to order stuff from my catalogue as had a voucher for free postage but it was all out of stock so I guess I saved £25!
Plans for later
- write some reviews on dooyoo
- get into my daily clicks routine now that I have desk set up and have read through all info- Thanks to EagerLearner!
- go to weight watchers and hopefully lose 3 and half pounds then wil be at my goal weight and wont have to hand over £6 a week!
Apart from that should be a NSD!
Hope you all have a great day
Smile and Sparkle lots!!
