    Thanks for your messages they mean a lot... poor old dear didn't/doesn't really have anyone to miss her, she had a son but they didn't get on kinda thing...sad.

    I'm back and raring to go, need to find my list....will start it after a brew.

    Mondays are Marvellous!! - kitchen
    Level One
    Sweep and mop the floor

    Level Two
    Level Three
    Wash the windows and sills
    Run WM's and DW's through a clean cycle.. don't forget to scrub out the drawers and filters.
    Extras
    1. S&S the hob & oven
    Twinkly Tuesday - Living room, hall, stairs and porch!
    Level Two
    Vacuum/sweep all the floors.. stairs too!
    Vacuum/sweep under furniture you can safely move!
    Vacuum sofas
    Level Three
    Wash the windows
    Wash any soft furnishings that need it
    Wipe down ALL the paintwork!
    Extras
    1. Dust all the electricals.. carefully.. don't want any frazzled flybodies
    2. Binbag dance

    Well done on your exercise Sunnygirl! You're doing so much better than me. Don't let the timing get to you - you've got plenty of time to get it down. Have a look at your training plan and if you're going to the gym use it to do some interval training as this really helps to get your speed up!

    My car is no longer a bio-hazard... and I've found lots of pens and make up :o . So assuming the guys at work are brave enough to get in the car with me it won't disgrace me!

    Hi All,

    My lists done for today! :j Assignment done:j Bed sheets etc washed, dried and back on beds:j Dog walked:j A little bit done in the garden, before Sis`s LO arrived and said she was cold!:o Off to do school run soon and take DD to piano.
    The Grass may look greener :o but it`s always going to take just as much mowing ;)

    Not really got a training plan as such this time. Did use a Bupa one last year and two years previous that I had saved as one of my favourites but they've taken it off the website. :mad: Think I need to do something to up my speed. Was going to do a shorter distance but faster and increase on that? Any suggestions welcome.:confused:


    Back from HHC now so here's what's left to do:

    1. HHI Started but not finished. Did about 10 minutes. Will do some more later.
    OOh that means I've done enought to get a star.:j

    Sort through ALL clothes
    Build shelves in garage!
    Sort out boxes of shoes!!
    EBAY JIMMY CHOOS!!
    Buy little one new trainers
    Strim grass in front garden
    Take empty cardboard boxes out to Garage. (boxes I have emptied!) :D
    Look for a Shoe Rack (part of the 'doesnt have a place to go problem')

    Am just sorting out my list for tonight - have the Ebay lady coming round to pick up the washing machine, so dont want to waste too much time.

    Have deleted from the list the things I have done and have added a few more things I want to do........Need to stop finding things and creating work for myself - but Im addicted now - I want my house sorted!!!!!!! :rotfl:
