so without any facts or evidence you've decided to assume she was 18 when she entered into THIS contract.
now, remind me why someone with all your "legal knowledge and experience" is spending their days sitting around on this forum...........
I don't know to whom you're addressing your poorly expressed question but if it's to me, I haven't assumed anything: I was pointing out that others had done so unjustifiably, I'm recuperating at home from some complicated and prolonged eye surgery and I was assisting the OP to investigate how the girl in question could deal with the bill while (almost) everybody else was being nastily and unconstructively sanctimonious.
Don't laugh at banana republics. :rotfl:
As a result of how you voted in the last three General Elections,
you'd now be better off living in one.

no. you are being a fool and trying to turn this thread into a "who can !!!! the highest" contest
even in this last post you have shown that you can't help yourself.
instead of trying to flex your e-muscles on every single post, you should step away from the keyboard
ps: i am addressing this at you leopard0 -
I think everyone should calm down and have a nice cup of tea, or agree to meet up in person for a fight - this halfway measure of tit for tat posting is a bit dull.
Arguing on a forum is about as useful as tits on a fish0 -
There was another comment about fighting over the internet, Too offensive, Wont say incase I offend someone =P0

Arguing in a forum is profoundly useful. It enables the truth to be found, for the benefit of all, and it establishes the relative credibility of the participants.
That is why civilised societies have Parliaments and law courts.

This meanss almost 800 minutes !!! !!!!!! is someone thinking when they stay 800 minutes on the phone from abroad? At 18 she should know enough math to know that 800 minutes will cost a fortune!0 -

Arguements of text on website are pointless, serve no purpose & are one dimensional.
