    :o

    Afternoon all,

Feeling rather delicate this morning, i ended up going round to my dads and his girlfriends for dinner which somehow turned out to be a bit of a party  I must learn to say no to just one more drink!

So I can comfirm no housework was done at all! And i dont think much will get done today either, DS is home and had a great night. Apparently he slept in til 9  why cant the little git sleep in when hes at home :rotfl:

Ive managed to pop a plate pie in the oven for lunch, will prob just have it with some mash from the freezer and veggies. Not sure about dinner yet, but that will prob be pasta of some sort. Need to meal plan today and thats about it really. Going to settle down on the sofa with Joe and watch a movie after lunch.

Hope everyone is feeling alot better than me :o

    Evening,

MSE really doesnt like me at the moment  I type up posts and then they disapear!

Anyways, had a nice day with Joe not alot done, managed to clear alot of washing and Joes done some homework and then we chilled out to chicken run which was on BBC 1. We ended up having jacket pots with beans and cheese instead of pasta. Was quite impressed put them in the micro first and finished them off in the oven for the last 10 mins, they were not that much from when there done in the oven.

I was trying to meal plan before but im so bored of whats in ive done a online order at Mr T's managed to find 2 codes that work from the discount board one for £5 off and another for 750 points, havent a points one that works for ages. :)

Got our day out to the beach tomorrow, shouldnt spend too much maybe some seafood for joe and me but that will be it really.

Oh yes, im feeling alot better now too :o

    Afternoon All,

:) Yesterday was a great day out, even though i spent £20 in total. We made sandcastles, went for a paddle, it was freezing! went and caught crabs, and even managed a ride on the waltzers, log ride and bumper cars. Everyone had a ball i think, Joe was shattered and fell asleep in the car on the way home, which was quite nice as he was cuddled into me which doesnt happen very often now as hes well past having naps in the day :(

The £20 was spent on bucket and spades, crab line and bait, ride tickets - went half on a 10 ride ticket with my dad for £15 which saved a small fortune. Oh and of course prawns which Joe and I shared.

    Also bought 10 fags :o

Food delivery came yesterday a total of £38.45 so need to update sigs in a bit, had a really nice dinner last night, pure indulgence of tom and mozzerella salads to start and mussels in garlic and butter with fresh bread, all finshed of with a lovely cream cake each, not a very MSE dinner, but gorgeous and needed.

Still lovin this four day break, cant believe ive still got another day :j

Going to crack on with a bit of housework though, have already been out to the park, went by my dads and picked the dog up so both Joe and the dog have had a good run around and Joe is now tucking into his first choc egg.

Going to check out whats open tomorrow and train times, feel like taking Joe somewhere else tomorrow, but not sure what yet  Might even just be a train to battersea park, not sure though.

Hope everyone is having a nice easter, and not eating to many eggs!

OK, been thinking about going out to the tower of london tomorrow, i wouldnt need to buy the tickets as ive got my tesco vouchers :money:
So it would only cost train fare and a packed lunch, Joe wants to go too after looking at the website and it could be quite educational for him too. If we left early and was there for the 10.00 opening we would prob be home by around 3ish too. (meaning i can get some work done too)

In fact while typing this ive decided we will def go, website says its open so we are going to do that. Ive got plently to make a packed lunch out of thanks to Mr'T's delivery yesterday.

Have got a bit done today, more washing and the kitchen and living room are presentable. Just need to do a few little bits like sweep the hallway and a scrub in the bathroom.

Oh yes also entered 10 comps today, you never know! Still havent won anything my self but have been given tickets for Dirty Dancing from lovely member of this site before which was like a win anyway!

    :)

    Morning All,

Had a great day out yesterday, we was at the tower by 10.15. Joe really enjoyed it, and to top it my dad was at work yesterday so picked us up.
We spent £5.70 on travel card  which is a bloody fortune and Joe bought some coins from the gift shop for £1.99. So not bad at all for a total £7.69 :j Joe also got a free pencil and badge as we went to the welcome centre for the activy packs, never really bothered with these before, but well worth it!

We got home around 3ish so even got a movie in too.

Of course its still half term so im getting in with my dad saving £2.60 each day, but im putting this in a pot for Joes bedroom.

Busy week at work too as ive lost 2 days. Shame i had to come back to the real world :), i had fun being of :(

So off to work i go,

    :hello: Hi robsmum :hello:

Sorry your not feeling great :( And I do know how you feel, come round for dinner anyday :)

And yes weekend with Joe was great made me feel so much better, we had time for fun and time to just relax and chill out which was lovley.
Its hard with meal planning, I plan it all then end up swapping the days around as i dont fancy what ive meal planned :rotfl: But it kinda works still.

With Joes room I hoping to save up enough for a new bed before his old bed breaks compleatly! And also paint it for him, blue, its still the plain white paint from when we moved in with loads of posters on the wall. Really the whole room needs sorting. I was hoping to save up for one of those high beds with the storage and or extra bed under it as space is limited. I did try scrubbing the walls but there is still marks from old blue tac
Once ive got enough saved i will buy some paint, and have seen some boyish High School Musical posters/pics in the pound shop that i might pick up. He prob wont like HSM once ie got the money saved!

PS _ HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOR YESTERDAY ROBSMUM!

    Morning All,

Another day, another dollar or so they say anyway. Anyone who says they hate being off for so long is either lying or have no life, lol. People I work with are strange! :p

Still getting a lift in, it will be a shock to the system when i have to get up at 5.50 next week and have to walk Joe to the childminders and the train station! And pay even to get to work

Have decided too that in May I need to up the food budget, just by £10, its just hard doing my lunch too out of the budget, and this way me and my dad can go to Mr T's to get lunch bit and take it in turns each week, with £5 each week.

    Hope everyone is ok!
