Think it will be a Jacket Potato, I surely should not be in this much pain at the moment not almost a week after having the proceedure..

I am really bored today, and wish I actually had some money to go out with, not even seen the boyfriend this week  although we have spoken on MSN and texted and called just we have not seen each other so feeling a bit negelected :rotfl:but he works 5 nights a week and he would have come round last night if he had not had to go to the dentist and we know he would not have got there for 9am if he had stayed over lol

Ah young love maybe this year we will move in with each other, it has been 15 years since we got together :rotfl:

I am jusy hoping that when we see the consultant on Friday he will have some good news for us. I sure am fed up with whats going on just now...........

We heard from the letting agent this morning that the landlady has agreed to everything we want to do including the stair carpet. They are going in next week to get the tiles off the ceiling. I suspect that the ceiling will need re-plastered....they were probably put up to hide a cracked ceiling in the first place.

Kaite, I am not sure you should still be in as much pain, I had the exact same op about a year ago, and had no pain at all, perhaps you should phone your emergency gp, or nhs direct, take it easy xx
  • Flat tidied, dusted, hoovered and the large rug shampooed today! :j Tea tonight was sauteed liver and onions in gravy, mash, green beans and peas. I've a couple lil choc mousse things I got reduced in Tesco so DH can have that for his pud.

Turns out DH will be working again tomorrow so I put off going to the butcher's today. We'll do our roast dinner on Monday instead of tomorrow evening when he gets in.

Bree and I had a lovely time at the park. She played fetch and ran all over the place. She makes me tired just watching her. :rotfl: She's just gone out with daddy for her last walk tonight. She's as ready for an early bedtime as we are.

I hope everyone enjoys the rest of your night. Good thoughts, prayers and hugs for all.

    Peyton xx

    evening all

firstly thanks for all the lovely support especially Justpeyton, redruby, Diva and Sunnyday sorry if I have missed anybody, you are all so wonderfully supportive.

Today turned out to be a good day after all. DD1 is getting married next year and wanted to look at bridesmaid dresses, so DD1, DD2, 2 of the other bridesmaids and I went to bridal shops. They had such a lovely time trying on different styles and colours that it was impossible to be depressed in the face of such enthusiasm.

Then came home to lovely line dried washing which smelt beautiful. Clean sheets on bed so hope that will help for a better night!

Bargainbird that was one of the funniest things I have heard for a long time, lol.

Redruby that walk sounds lovely might do that tomorrow afternoon if weather nice.

Going to church in morning to try to book a date with Priest (well not a date with the Priest IYKWIM - that would be wrong!)

    Katie take care of yourself!

love and hugs to all and thanks once again for support x

    Hello everyone

Bargainbird - ha ha, that was so funny:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Loopylinz, hope you got some medical attention as it does sound like you've got an infection.

I've some bad news....I can't stay at home every day any more:rolleyes: Yes, that means I've been offered a job:D I actually got the call yesterday (Friday the 13th!) though I am still waiting for the paperwork. That should arrive on Wednesday as they missed Friday's post so it'll go on Monday and Tuesday is StPatrick's Day therefore there will be no mail then. So he ho, off to wo*k I go on Tuesday 24th March. Sssh don't tell them but I've got an interview on Monday 23rd March.... I'm not pushing my luck honestly - the job I've been offered is a contract until the end of the year, while the interview on the 23rd is a permanent contract with a bit more pay though further to travel.

    So that's my news.

Churchie - hope you are alright. You mentioned a few days ago that you were feeling a bit under the weather.

AussieLass - where have you been hiding? Hope you're managing a smile even though DGS and DS aren't with you at the moment.

    Bye for now.

    Snowy
