Hi I've had a bailiff notice hand delivered today about an outstanding council tax debt saying no further arrangements can be made, must be paid in 24hrs, this is for £200 (old reference number). but rossendales told me the reason I'm paying £48 a month for another more current reference number (o/s debt £700ish) is…
