Or maybe OP is consulting a solicitor to get advice as it seems to me she is being treated quite badly by her company

Hi all, yes as stated by Rubyrue it is simply to get legal advice about how i have been treated. I am now going for a meeting tomorrow 30th March, an have got 7 pages of evidence and grieviances that apply.
To have gone to Berkshire at 7am and not got home til 7.45pm and then been told i was suspended was very upsetting tbh!!!!!!
  • I hope it all goes well for you.MY company is horrible to work for i have been with them one year and have seen 5 members of staff suspended then dismissed due to annoymous customer complaints, which to me is just not right.

What a world we live in.

OP not been sacked etc, yet already they are getting solicitors involved, clearly desperate to sue for anything.

What a stupid post. OP is entirely entitled to get advice as to the situation. The "already getting solicitors involved" also demonstrates your lack of awareness of very tight limitation periods in respect of employment issues.

What were you hoping to achieve by your post? Clearly not imparting your wisdom on anyone else....

I agree Debbie that you should be pursuing this.

As far as you're concerned you've done absolutely nothing wrong, they've not told you you've done anything wrong, you've attempted to pursue it ... the company is behaving appallingly!

    Good luck for tomorrow
