No I wouldn't class it as one either.. if the till/online booking accepts any voucher, purchase or order its hardly our fault is it?

just speculation I guess as to what this mysterious 'scam' could be.. am probably way offline tho! :question:

exactly as they created a 'glitch' and we used it, we didnt do owt fraudelent did we, we used a coupon!

I would be more inclined to think it might be something to do with items being bought maybe with vouchers and taken back for refunds?

IE Gym balls, TD, DR etc etc

Not pointing any fingers in any directions. I dont have a problem with this.
I'm just speculating as to what the scam may be.

Another one could be using your double points coupon three times because the till doesn't no how many times you have used it, that is why we have to write on the damn things (that annoys me). I remember I did it once, I got the Health and Beauty Magazine 4 times over a short period of time, its had a coupon for 50 free points with a shapers sandwich (and the shapers meals were only £2.50 at the time) but working there, they scanned the vouchers no problem. About a week later I returned to find that £2 had gone from my card. Couldn't believe it.

what exactly is 'fraud' in boot's eyes, could you do a list? omg- last night i thort teh bodyform polic were gonna arrest me and now i think all my points are gonna dissappear and i cant even redeem them all coz i lost my card last week and am still waiting for teh replacement! arrrgghh! boosting is gettin too stressful for moi!

Again, I dont think thats our problem.. I recently phoned the AC help line about this.. said I had a double points coupon and had used it twice, (SA took it off me) but my receipt stated I could use it on a further 2 occasions.. I was told they were aware of this problem with the vouchers and they gave me the points I could have got on that receipt..

I'd hazard a guess at something like the EI or online glitches that have appeared recently.. can't really class the TD bonanza as a scam, they printed the vouchers, we used them!

if peopel took em back with no recipet or ac card how would boots know theyd done it?

ive only returned one thing i got with a coupon coz it make my eyes swell up (no7 eye cream) i told teh sa at teh no7 counter taht i got it free and she let me get an exchaneg of owt i liked not just a no7 product
