If it wasn't for Advantage card points, extra point coupons and the vouchers for spending over £10 I would not shop in Boots as its far too expensive.

Due to their offers, I now spend a small fortune. I only top up my phone at Boots and make sure that DP only buys his phone credit there too.

I don't think anybody on here has done anything wrong..we haven't actually stole anything from Boots..I am sure we have all spent a lot of money there too..I know I have I never used to go to Boots...Whatever loopholes Boots have had that's not our fault....I am sure most of us would of had our cards taken off us a long time ago if that was the case but I wouldn't worry we haven't done anything wrong..

anyone know when the points on medicine ends? ds1 has ear infection so can't get out at mo.

none of us have gone in there and used forged bank notes or pocketed summin without paying (except free samples!) so what could we have all done wrong? ive slept on it now and im less bothered, me and my bessie are off to the retail part boots to exchange our £5 skin vouchers for half price avene goodies and then on to nortwestjobs for her to find a new pt job and for me to collect as many pens and sticky feet as i can carry!!!! yey! hehe!

When you try to look at this offer online it says the page may not be available now, maybe it ends today?

I think this is all scare mongering. Bham_Dave was telling us about a loophole last year where you were paid £3.75ish to take a cucmber (face wash???) away......that was a bad slip up by somebody at Boots HO and I bet loads took advantage...but we haven't heard of anybody getting bad marks or getting their AC card taken away.
We should all calm down and not worry.... and if it happens it happens.....and we will all be on here straight away to warn everybody else.

now onto the other matter, this is by no means meant to offend anyone or even robb!! :rolleyes:

but it seems to me that he has .. so to speak ... put the cat amongst the pigeons (is that right !?!)

everyone now seems to be worried about losing points or cards or getting barred

the way i see it is, as others have said, boots do these deals and glitches, and we just take advantage of the offers, getting bonus points for offers and rewards has been going on for years, and i have never heard of anyone losing their card or points.

quite often, boots do , do these glitches to get rid of extra stock or older products.

and as for mentioning "a big scam"... dont mention it unless you are going to say what it is about, up until now everyone was going along quite happily, collecting points and getting great bargains, now this has all been mentioned, everyones now having a nervous breakdown about losing points.

sorry to keep moaning, at the end of the day if boots had a major problem with "dodgy points" then they would no longer have the offers ,rewards or ac machines, it would just be normal points, and at the very least they would write to you.

anyway, everyone keep up the good work, carrying on bootsing and keep smiling. :j
