I love reading all these posts but am usually too nervous to actually use them to my advantage as the girls in my local store are a bit snotty ! I was brave and did the Toni&Guy litre shampoos recently ( 2 for £ 7 )..did it three times and felt a tad guilty ! Gave them to my daughter who's at uni and needs every penny. As someone else said, Boots products are over-priced to begin with so if youv'e got the nerve to use the "glitches" good luck to you all xx0

robb2002 wrote:Listen, the total spend vouchers for 75 points if you spend £10 cannot be taken back off your card and so if you return anything from that offer, doesn't matter what this is, head office get aware of this and you get a black mark against your card, I think its three and you're gone. Therefore if you are refunded for say £7 from a product you purchased only 28 pts will be taken off instead of 103, dya get me now?

Hi there,
just to confuse matters more (maybe!)
I bought a hairdryer for my sisters birthday 2 weeks ago. I then found out that she had bought herself a new one. I took back the hairdryer with the receipt for a refund. The points voucher I had used from the ac machine of and extra 150 points for spending over £25 (or something similar), was take off my card with the refund. Therefore things must have changed recently and the black mark cannot be for this!Finleypop x :hello:0 -

Yesterday, got mediteranean pregnancy body butter free with parenting voucher and two items from the regular mediteranean range with the parenting voucher for BOGOF. All 3 went through for free so it must have clashed with the regular BOGOF on mediteranean which is available in tore to everyone!
Also used the voucher for 1/3 off natural collection which is also BOGOF and got 2 sugar scrubs priced at £2.99 ecach. So one went through free and the other went through with 1/3 off TWICE (for the free one) So cost me 99p
Also got the free no7 bag with my voucher purchase of no7!Finleypop x :hello:0 -

Most of the time with extra points things the sa's don't notice- and if they do they don't know that its not just as big a surprise to you as it is to them...After all, Boots want you to use their extra points vouchers to build up your loyalty to the store. Well done on the T and G.0

There's no known cure! The only thing you can do is feed your addiction and keep getting the bargains, and the lovely points!
