I presume a '3 strikes and you're out' kinda thing...
wonder if we can have a consumer equivalent... for the staff who are: pedantic/crabby, rude and over bearing, give wrong info, often over charge on reduced items, dont add points.. etc etc..
**hastily adds.. yes the majority of staff are lovely, you just seem to remember the horrors!0 -
i mean like does 'out' mean a life time ban of advantage cards and would you lose your points? or does it mean you cant shop at boots no more? do they put up yr pic by teh tills?!:T The best things in life are FREE! :T0

in manchester perhaps?...heh heh.. I doubt it freebie
I'd hazard a guess at something like the EI or online glitches that have appeared recently.. can't really class the TD bonanza as a scam, they printed the vouchers, we used them!0 -

Same with EI - they printed the vouchers and made the vouchers give us 150 points per item - not our fault. Hardly what I'd class as a scam.
Anyway, if returning something who ever gives them their AC if not returning with a receipt0 -
Yes you get your points taken off you and your card removed, but you are by no means barred from shopping at Boots. As I have said the policy might have changed.
Do not take this literally as it might have changed.
