My sister is new to the Boots thing, and I am not an expert, I told her about how to use her £5.00 voucher and get a lilac bag. Have I got it wrong?
She got 2X no7 body friming £8.50 but on BOGOF and the lilac bag also some bodyform.
First the SA said she couldn't have the lilac bag, so sis said she would leave the bag. Then the SA said she could not use the no7 voucher with BOGOF stuff and that she could only have one bottle of boby firming stuff. My sister
said to leave the No7 stuff and asked for her voucher back comming away with only the bodyform. This has put her off big time. Have I told her something wrong, I havn't tried it myself yet but was going to tomorrow and don't want the same problems.
Thanks

I went into Liverpool Clayton Square today and got the Bodyform on 3 for 2 so cost £2.84 but each one had the £1.00 off voucher on - so they paid me 16p to take them away! Nice one.
The AC machine today was RUBBISH - just a few vouchers. Now that Liverpool had the free No.17 brush in stock there was no voucher in the machine..... oh well......

I think it depends on the SA if they put the bag through.I am sure from others on here that it does work with the £8.50 BOGOF body firming..You are better to go to a younger assistant who doesn't check everything that is going through..The till thinks that the items should still be £17 and therefore getting the bag but the SA thinks you only spent £8.50 even though the bag would of gone through if she would of tried it..Hope I am making sense...
