Hahahah FJ you are a one! QUOTE=freebie_junkie]oh i read it wrogn first time and felt dead sorry for you, thought you were getting no 'boots'![/QUOTE]

apparently BOOTS have changed their returns policy, if you return things with no receipt all you can have is an exchange. I told the SA i have a gift card and she could add money onto that but she said no, its a new policy (she was very nice and said it didnt make sense but thems the rules!)... is this right?? anyone else had this happen recently.. or do i feel a call to CS coming on lol

    hi pash ,
i took some stuff back this morning with no reciept , got £23.50p on a gift card , but there WAS a sign on the till stating that they would only exchange without reciept , but with reciept they would exchange , refund or give money back , sa never mentioned it to me so i never mentioned it but maybe that was because the stuff had caused a skin reaction ????????

My local Boots were reducing hairbrushes/hair accessories today - 75% off ( eg Vidal Sassoon brushes down from about £8 to £2 ). Loads of them there -Would make nice presents for nieces / daughter's friends etc.
