have you e-mailed companies too? ive had so much by now!

Not yet Freebie, but I will be aiming my emails at companies that target teenage girls - rather hoping that some of the make up companies will send her something nice!

Thanks again for the idea! :T

advice please, I got 3 packs of the time delay exfoiliator packs during their promotion a few weeks back except now i've discovered im allergic to them and my skin has got really really bad :-( I can't find the receipt either. I have 2 unopened boxes and i set without box. Do you think they will give me a refund for all or is their a better way of resolving this ? Any advice greatly appreciated.

  • I took back some of the TD wipes (unopened - didnt take back the pack i was using) because my skin became very dry and sore. I went to the No7 counter explained the problem and no receipt and she refunded to a gift card for me -but this was several weeks ago- and i got some nice no7 wipes instead.

The TD does say on their packaging that "if you are not entirely happy with this product simply return it and we will give you a full refund"

    HTH

I am going to go to boots tomorrow (recovered from the cold/sore throat) as i have a £5 voucher to use and i am just trying to work out the best way of maximising it..

did you go back when your skin was bad and show them, because my mum had a reaction to the TD wipes, but she didnt want to bother taking her other packet back at the time! but ill take it back for her and explain, if they let you take them back for a bad reaction!
