Am I now a Boots tart? I joined the parenting club and got my £16 voucher and got the eye cream which costs £16 and then got the lilac bag. then got the body cream which was BOGOF so a value of £10 there there was no hair mask available so bought shampoo and conditioner as BOGOF. So I think I have goods to the value of about £60+ for the out lay of £1.29 and of course there is the 250 extra points voucher. So have I lost my virginity as this was my first time of doing this apart from the TD which I benefited from as well.

So do I now considered my self in with the elite and a Boots Tart?

Thank you to everyone who has helped me to get this far and I hope one day I will be able to post a bargain for you

Wow, what busy little bees everyone has been! It's taken ages to go through all the new posts (pages since I last got to the computer!) Note to self - check daily, preferably several times a day, take no notice of family needing to be fed, clothed, house being cleaned, children needing to use computer for homework, dh working from home, etc ;)

Hello to all the new Tarts

Will be spending this afternoon sorting out my three boxes of bits to post off to rellys, postage costs will kill me  Never mind, it makes everyone happy, and my mum now phones to ask when I'll be sending the next parcel! :D Will do the cellophone thing for some stuff for the chidlren's schools, and will keep some for myself. Also need to find a home for the bits I've got as party pressies - masks have been added to this box for dd1 (doing a beauty party - thanks Freebie for the idea :T )

Has anybody found any new bargains on .com - haven't browsed there for a while, and I always get excited when the points are added at the ac machines! :o

Assuming you mean me (there is dragonfly and i'm 02, very confussing)

Ok so you think i should get my wings huh? ok i'll fall for it, what do i have to do?

I'm not streaking through Boots shouting "I'm dragonfly, now with wings" cause i wouldn't wanna put the staff through that

    :D;)

You could always wear some of the Bodyform with wings, and smirk to yourself! :rotfl:

teh till would have prompted teh sa to give you one as teh £6 bodyform coupons is seen as cash so teh total 'cash' sale would have been £10.40, but sometimes teh sa's take teh 'law into their own hands' as we all know and she mite have decided not to give it you, it only shows up on your reciept if teh sa scans it also

i always have a lookie at the screen of teh till and when teh voucher prompt flashes up i say "ooh whats that voucher its saying to give me?"

Hi Freebie, thanks for taking the time to reply! The problem with my transaction is that the till did not prompt to give a voucher and it is not detailed on the receipt. That is what confused me because I have receipts for almost identical purchases, all with the prompt for the voucher (and I always wait till the till totals my purchases before producing any vouchers from my bag lol!!)

This happened on one occasion last week too. Two almost identical transactions one after the other, voucher credited on first transaction but not on the second.

This is the only connection I can see, that on both occasions when the voucher was not awarded, it was on an immediate second transaction (hope that makes sense lol!)
