On the second transaction I was also buying an outfit for my daughter and the total came to £9.99 so I asked if I could make it up to over £10 to get another voucher - again a huff and a remark made about the length of the queue. I handed over my No7 voucher and product - 250 point voucher and made my payment with another No7 voucher. "Oh you have another one do you!" quoted the sales assistant. Took my payment and shoved my receipt in the bag.

I was in a rush and went to leave the store and then the most embarassing thing happened that the security alarms started to bleep as I left the store. 2 sales assistants came running over and I stated that I had just bought a No7 gift from upstairs. They then made me empty my whole bag - even though they knew which one had the tag on and then made me go through the whole receipts - this is when I noticed that the 250 points had not been added on! However I was in no mood to ask them to add them then.

I was treated like a thief even though I had receipts to prove that I had purchased everything.

What with a sarcastic sales assistant and other assistants who think that they are part time police officers I can safely say that I have never been so embarressed in my life. I just hope no-one that I know had seen me.

I would like to point out the only reason I had so many No7 vouchers is that I am a REGULAR CUSTOMER, not that I got treated like one today.

I am sorry that this e-mail is so long but I am so annoyed if I don't get it off my chest now I will become more angry.

Complain to customer care. I have been overcharged 4 times for an item (nail polish, was 75p, came up as £3!!!) and the sales assistant was rumoging through my bag and checking on each voucer, etc. I called CC and they asked me to send them reciept. In the letter I told how I was treated by the SA and they were very nice and send my back £10 gift card!!! They also told that they have been in contact with store manager and this shouldn't happen again...

bristol farmer, whenever my card gets stuck the people are lovely. i even ask if they can switch on the ACM sometimes as its closed a lot for no reason. they're always lovely about it. complain to customer services, being treated badly isnt on.

so just to get your opinion, if i bought 6 bodyform and a 17 tan wipe (free brush) +£10.51 and used 4 bodyform vouchers! does that mean i have officially spend over £10 and might get a no.7 £5 voucher?

im good with money maths, but carp with all other maths- must be a Gypsy thing, coz all me uncles are minters!
