    Hi all..

Nothing much to report from me today. Baby has been using my bladder as a trampoline for most of the afternoon which had been delightful - not! :(

I was working really hard (for a change!) earlier because I was trying to clear my desk before asking if I can have tomorrow afternoon off (using some of next year's holiday, hence having to impress before asking!), but then my boss decided she wanted to take the afternoon off because of a school assembly she wants to go to, so my request is pretty much dead in the water before I made it! Thing is, she's got a boss who doesn't pay attention to what she's working (or not working, more to the point) so will get away with sneaking off and not having to take holiday for it or make up the time, whereas I can't get away with leaving five minutes early without an interigation over it! Grrr.. annoys me so much! We're supposed to have a "whiter than white" approach, being HR and all, but she never seems to follow it! :(

OH's mate is due here tonight. Really can't be bothered to feed him tonight (same every bl00dy week!). I know it's selfish but we've got some really yummy things in the freezer which I don't want to share with him cos he just wolfs his food down like he's barely tasted it so nice food feels like a waste on him! *sigh*

Anyway, at least him being here means I can't fall asleep on the sofa so I'll get some jobs done instead..

Congrats to AF and angchris - like MFD said, I can't believe you kept quiet all this time! :D Hope your bundles of joy are doing well :) xx

No news from Choccie today - do we have more baby news to come? :D

Hope everyone else is okay xx

No idea. I'm in Scotland and very lucky in that we don't pay course fee's! :j I also got a bursary and childcare (plus they pay for DS2 to go to the college nursery 5 full days a week as he has special needs and doing great).

I love it, though it is hard work at times. Not at the start when it's all the basic stuff but when you move onto the higher work it's tough. PLUS, pregnancy brain means I'm having a hard time just remembering stuff! Buts till love it. well except for today but thats due to the stupid PLD (personal learning and development) thing:mad:

Mac and cheese is under the grill :D but my hand slipped with the mac so there is hundereds! No doubt with my hungry little gannets it will all be gone anyway, especially as it has extra bacon

    Hello!!

Congrats to AF and angel

Welcome EA - feel free to ask as many questions as you like, I do!!!!
Also, my GP was really pleased when I went to see her! She talked to me about baby and worked out EDD in her head! Told me that local hospital was great as she had both of her children there a few years ago and if I had any questions to call her.

Feelie - hope u get home soon, nothing worse than waiting for damn pharmacy!!

Well, OH and I spent hours cleaning house today so I am knackered now. Wondering if I might have SPD as I sat down for 5 mins and then find I could hardly move and my hips had all seized up. OH thinks I'm being a hypochrondriac! Got visitors on the weekend so will be feet up and everyone runnign round after me!! Going to make a nice spicy chilli now and have a couple of cans of Coke Zero!

Booked myself on 'parentcraft classes' today - MW Said to book early and that I had to go from 24 weeks. When I rang to book was told it was 34 weeks and that I didn't need to book yet but I did as I will forget nearer the time! So I am booked in for 10th Sept - do we think I will remember when the time comes?!!
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

    Hii! And thanks :D

And searching_me- Yeah it is weird how it does become a part of you! I hardly notice any of my piercings unless someone points them out lol.

tiamai_d - I cant wait to start the class! They can practice on me lol.

    xx
