EA, really sorry for not saying hi and welcoming you earlier! :D (and I promise I don't always moan like I am doing tonight - it's just OH's mate and me clash!).

As for telling people, the first time, I told the people closest to me, just family and very close colleagues. Then I had a m/c at 9wks. Once I went back to work (after a week and a half - a week of not knowing for sure, then two more days after it was confirmed) I told a few more colleagues as they were asking why I'd been off plus they were the ones I'd want a hug from if I got weepy.

Second time, I told the ones who knew about the last time - some of them even knew when I was due on and were asking me if I'd taken the test yet! (close bunch, we are! ;)). I told my parents but kept it quiet from the rest of my family until my Grandma sussed me. Had a scan at (what I thought was) 7wks so felt more comfortable with it then gradually told a few more people once I got past the point things ended before. Came out to all and sundry at work at about 14wks but was gaining a belly by then (was a size 6) so it was getting noticeable.

Long story short, I think it comes down to who you would want around you if the worst happened :) Obviously, that said, I hope everything goes really well for you - stick around and ask all the questions you like! :D

    EA - Congrats and welcome!

    AF & angel - congrats!!!

Back on antibiotics, me. Sinus infection is evil and persistent. So another 7 days of amoxicillin to see if it will wipe it out. I hope so - I'm really tired of being sick right now.

Speaking of good stuff for baby, are you taking Folic Acid? You are advised to take it daily for the first 12 weeks to help prevent spina bifida. Can get it in tiny tablets - I think mine were £4 something for 90 tablets in a sweetner-type dispenser from Boots :)

I have a bag of jelly babies here... Waiting for Aimee to settle in bed then going to start on them...

Had to dash off earlier, the chinese turned up while I was posting... Quickest delivery I've ever had I think... Was definitely less than 30mins after ordering! And searching, my homemade lasagne is very very tasty tyvm :p
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
