Sainsbury's Country Soup Mixture 500g
They also do one with pasta/vegetables soup mix which doesn`t need to be soaked.
Recipe wise if I am making chicken/veg/mixed pulse soup - I just tend to throw in whatever I have to hand, plus one or two vegetable stock cubes.
I find that onions, carrots, leeks, celery make a good base.
Good luck - let us know how you get on.

Can this mix be used in stews as well?
I have bought some broth/soup mix (lentils, barley etc). I need to use them, I want to use them but not sure what I am doing with them. Do I just use them as is in water and boil them, do I add stock? Can I add pasta and veg to make a minestrone soup? Could I add them to stews etc?
Advice/recipes much appreciated.
Thank you
Denise
