They are so beautiful i just love them. You quite honestly give the nicest gifts i have ever had!
iv just convinced them to go to bed ! they were all ROOSTING 6" OFF GROUND IN A BUSH !!??0 -
What a relief! They know their real home though and that is why they have come back
Yeah, more like they wanted an apple. In the barn they are quite docile. I have spent sometime in the last week handling them in the evening because up til now i have just left them really. But its true that they get spoilt here. They adore apples....so i usually give them one in the evening because then they should keep coming home i hope.cupboard love.

Yay! Got tickets to go to the Chelsea Flower Show on Thursday 24 May. :j We'll go stay with DD1 for a few days, and prob do some gardening for her, she only has small back yard now, so it'll be some nice pots of stuff. Good excuse to visit her really great local garden centre too. Croxted Road Garden Centre in Herne Hill.
Managed to get ticket for disabled parking too, but the driving to it will be scary I suspect! But well worth to be able to park close by, can go back to car for a nap if get too overcome by it all.0 -
That sounds great Maggie, I am sure you will enjoy the show, and the parking will probably be very well organised, taking some of the stress out of it.
Do you think it is too cold/early in the year to cut the hedge? It is looking a bit wild however I do not want to do it any harm.Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0
