Triker I started doing pilates in September - school terms only - once a week. It has made an enormous difference. I can now have a good laugh (or cough) without fear. However the pole contraption sounds more fun. Did u get it from Ann Summers:rotfl:

Nope think it was in the reduced section in Tescos.......MSEr through and through me.:D

Ok - here are the plans

    Southern Flylady Meet

    1) I am going to organise something in Southampton - is Saturday 4th April too short notice for people ?

    2) Along with Rach, I will be organising for people to meet up in London (central, I'm guessing Rach?) sometime towards the end of April / beginning of May.

I will be going to both - the rest of you can come to one or both or none!!!

Please let me know by email or PM if you want to go and if the places we go to need to be child friendly!

I will post final decisions before the end of the week.

    Evening everyone.

Ended up having about 4 hours sleep.

Since getting getting up Ive had dinner, hoovered the living room and cleaned the oven. Plus all dinner dishes and pans washed.

Just nearly spilt tea over the keyboard laughing at Soappies Jolly Rodger comment.

Soappie Craster is beautiful and there are some lovely walks up there. The kippers from there are lovely.

I've spent most of the day in the garden today, sometimes weeding and pruning, plenty of time just sitting in the sun! I did make it to the tip this morning, got rid of loads of sacks of garden waste & the Christmas tree at last  . Embarrassingly someone at the tip even commented that I was a bit late with getting rid of the tree

our christmas tree is still in the back garden :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

ZCC - I'm doing mine in the black bin bag method I read online. It'll involve adding compost as the potatoes grow.
