    I actually bought a...contraption, recently refound after decluttering, I did tell Pigpen but for some reason she couldn't stop laughing.:confused: The contraption is inserted where it needs to be inserted and then by the forces of nature a little pole raises up and that shows you that you are strengthening all the right muscles.

  • see this is why i had to stop coming to this site - my house was a tip but i had a good laugh a few times a day and all sorts of other use info about othe people's lives although knowing who has a rabbit is just too much info for sure :D

    triker - I have one of them too and its only been used once! I was told to do your pelvic floor exercises every time you washed your hands! Gawd I am slow - rabbits!!!!

    Dusty honey - whats up with Dh that he cant come down stairs has he hurt himself or .... - and its bedtime - get the boys off to bed and have some time with dolly and rose!

    After doing these exercises aren't you supposed to be able to do something with pingpong balls?
