:rotfl: well good job my pelvic floor is in tact (reckon two cs helped!!) i would be sat in a puddle and no triker you won't be the only one - its 1 in 3 british women i reckon.
its not just the pelvic floor but (am i allowed to type this?) the o word in relation to the s word :rotfl: is that clear as mud
and also so you can :rotfl: and :j
well i am still laughing and off to do my pelvic floor exercises - i have to do them at home as i can only do them holding my breath the study day i went on reckoned in morning and night before getting out of bed and someone in my class does them in the car at a red light

I misread... thought they'd driven you to extremes and you were going to iron someone :rolleyes: . Can I suggest some music or a DVD so that you can relax with your wine and the ironing pile and shut the rest of them out...
