I agree - I hate in when some !!!!! tries to haggle over something that costs 20p!! I've even had one woman put an item priced at 50p in her bag and had me 10p without even asking me first!! Needless to say I made her put it back!! Cheeky moo!

Aaaah, I hate this! I know we're all moneysavers, but do you sometimes just think 'oh for goodness sake, it's 50 pence!' ?? :rotfl:

Happy shopping. Im going to Malton for the weekend so im hoping theres some there!!

If it's Malton in North Yorks you're going to, there's a huge bootsale in Pickering at the showground. It's usually on on the Sunday and Monday at Bank Holiday times.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

It's very easy to make decent play dough:-

    Basic ingredients:
    2 cups flour
    2 cups warm water
    1 cup salt
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon cream of tartar (optional for improved elasticity)
    Food coloring (optional)

Mix all of the ingredients together, and stir over low heat. The dough will begin to thicken until it resembles mashed potatoes.

When the dough pulls away from the sides and clumps in the center, as shown below, remove the pan from heat and allow the dough to cool enough to handle, (if it's still sticky, cook a little longer).

Turn the dough out onto a clean counter top or silicone mat, and knead vigorously until it becomes silky-smooth. Divide the dough into balls for colouring.

Make a hole in the centre of the ball, and drop some food colouring in. Fold the dough over, working the food colouring through the body of the playdough. You could use gloves at this stage to keep your hands clean, though only the concentrated dye will colour your skin, so as soon as it's worked in bare hands are fine.

    Have fun :D
