I haven't been to the flyladys website or whatever it is will have to google it and find it. :) Glad I made you laugh jordylass.

I am a complete and utter list-aholic, there are lists everywhere not much gets marked off them sometimes though lol, but I find it really satisfying when I can mark through something. This 15 minute timer thing has got me all intrigued and I've got a couple of minutes before bible study so I'm off to search for it...ttfn :)

There's a thread about flylady linked below and in a fairly early post somewhere is the main website address, and further down is a mention of a UK one I think:-

I have become a fly lady convert and now my mother i spreading the word (lol) She finally got her clutter room back to being a bedroom after 15 years of mess! any way since i de-cluttered and have a routine I have now got hooked on folding towels (anthea style) and am starting to sort out proper storage but can't find the clear bags she put her undewear in or the reccle bins she had. Also the abskets and bits she uses would soon add up so could anyone suggest where to get these bits from?

    Thanks

clear makeup bags - you might get them in superdrug /boots etc

check ikea's website or go to one near you. they have loads of different storage options at loads of different prices

wicker baskets can be expensive you might have to use some other kind of storage and look out for these in sales etc.

Crikey - don't tell me Anthea folds her towels origami style :rotfl:

Undies can be stored in clear food storage bags - probably
Bins, bags and baskets are in Woollies, Wilkinsons, Asda, Morrisons, Matalan, Ikea - all cheap as chips and loads of styles and colours - waterproof, airtight and see through (not the baskets, but remember to buy extra dusters if the baskets don't have lids)

Can't stop - I have to spend the afternoon colour coding my knickers.
ps is there a special Anthea style way of folding Y-fronts?

    Now that's a good one !
:rotfl: . Dora that's very naughty of you but very funny lmao.

I'm hoping to catch the programme for the first time tonight. Why does her underwear go in clear bags  . I was also going to suggest food storage bags. Wilkos do a large version. I discovered several toiletry bags that I've kept when doing the Feb use up challenge. What I've done is put them into use now instead of them lying about empty till I go on hols. One of them I've made into a holding knickers for that certain time of month, so when it turns up I dive in there instead of risking leaking and runining yet another good pair of pants.

:rotfl: I have time of the month pants and doctors pants as well!!!
In answer to your question she uses clear make up bags in her underwear drawer to piut matching bras and pants in so they are all together.

Roll on Anthea night.. tonight for some more of her little gems!!

Matching bras and pants-mine only existed pre kids:p .

What ? She doesn't fold them origami style ? How slack is that :rotfl:

I once read life's too short to peel a grape (or summat), I reckon it's too short to spend time buying make up bags for undies and using vast amounts of drawer (:D ) space to store the blooming things in. What's wrong with a quick bundle together of matching tops and bottoms ? Wouldn't take very long for some of us by the look of the posts on here.......ergo moneysaving and timesaving.

Must dash - have to origami fold and colour code my dishcoths and dusters.

ps don't forget - we all should ensure we have gardening knickers, painting knickers and 'whatever you do, don't get run over in these' knickers.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Heard on GMTV Victoria Beckham's top 10 tips for looking good etc or something like and she did mention about the fact that it doesn't matter if your underwear doesn't match, so there you go. No need to worry. :-)

I've read this thread with some amusement and also shock at the stick the Saint Anthea of Turnip comes in for. LOL

I've packed Mrs MATH off out tonight on strict instructions not to come back until I've finished oogling my 'other woman'. Easy on the eye and no stranger to Ajax - she's a queen among women.

*MATH ducks as Dora & Co hurl their unmatched undies at him. LOL*......OUCH Who's was the 44DD Industrial looking one that you could carry your shopping home in? hehehehe
