congratulations yorkshireboy. so why did MBNA write my balance off then - if they were not at fault?
1. Have they said goodbye to £5K+ or sold the debt (for p in the £) to a DCA who are about to chase/hound you and destroy your life?...and you don't know it yet.
2. What do your CRA files say about the account?...default?...partially settled?...something else?0 -
There was a poster a few weeks ago who said he was getting money back from all his credit card lenders think his name was something like debt2009 thats you isnt it, coz you have same attitude/style of posting/lies etc..0

jamal - im pretty sure that they would have written to me and/or told in no uncertain terms that the debt was with a DCA.
as you work in the indutry and seem to spend all your time on the forum i would reccommend that you take out a 0% card for 12months, and purchase a life.
Now i understand why you are so ANTI me - cos you are one of "THEM!".

Not at all, I'd like to actually thank you for entertaining me on what would otherwise have been a rather boring Sunday evening0

Any credibility you might of had before you started posting has quickly evaporated.0 -
nice one aj...! this is unreal... i start a thread about a successfulm complaint and I get this from the PC brigade. I bet they;ll al log off and write letters to their local MP's about it too - then join the al quaeda sympathisers website for a night session.

Er no you aren't you lost it on gambling....
PS As you can see for my sig some of us like to save rather than take out borrowing to pay for things! I am saving for a new bathroom right nowKavanne

no i lost - but it was more of a business trading execerise than a gambling frenzy. i never intended for this situation to be the result - but hey, whats happened has happened.0
