    Good idea. I won't check my tumble dryer though - I don't have a cat. ;)

    Glad he's okay MrsE.

My cat loves the the tumble dryer too, but only too poo on my nice warm clean clothes  You can only imagine my horror when I pulled the towels out and cat poo balls rolled all over my feet.

Needless to say the little beggar is allowed no where near it anymore!
  • Woa that's not good. Whether the cat likes investigating the tumble dryer or not, it's so irresponsible to leave the dryer door open when there is no-one there to supervise. If you are already aware of the cat's love of the dryer, then keeping the door closed at all times wouldn't be a problem.

Sorry, I have total sympathy for the cat over the feelings of the human.

Also, as I have said before, why do people insist on broadcasting such upsetting events.

If you find it upsetting nobody is forcing you to read it. MrsE said that she posted to act as a warning to others, in the hopes that we won't make the same (Easy) mistake. It's good (IMO) that people do warn others of things, even to act as a reminder. Also, I believe MrsE had the door open while loading it, which is kind've hard to do with it shut. Of course, i'm sure you've never made a mistake

When I had my cat and a tumble dryer in the kitchen she would always get in if I left the door open and it was warm.
Cats always find the warmest places to curl up. Glad she's alright now.

Hey no one has "!!!!ed" on my cornflakes.

No I have never made a mistake were my pet is concerned.

As for choice to read it, the thread title was bad enough.

NB. I am not a huge fan of humans particularly as it is, & this kind of irresponsible act really boils my !!!!.

Whoa calm down it was an accident! It's not like MrsE did it on purpose.

She was simply highlighting the accident that had occurred.
