Thank you headpin.
That page you gave the link for, there is a box to click to access to print the rate voucher.
When I do that, there is nothing on the page.
Should I use this link in post #639 which gives a blank form to complete?

And if so, should I use the name of Douglas Oesterreich
or should I use the name of Anthony Bainbridge (which is the name recommended in post #639)

Alas, while I can get to the page giving me the F&F rate on the hotel of my choice, I cannot complete the booking because when I log in with my details, it tells me that the system cannot complete my request.

I suspect they are on to us.

Damn, got two weeks of hotels I've just worked out on the back of this code!

No, I spent yesterday working out my hotels on the back of the code - and was going to book the hotels either later today or tomorrow.

OK, I've persevered.

My problem was that while I managed to get to the page which shows the F&F rates for the hotel, I couldn't log in with my Priority Club #.
That was when the system seized up.

I tried a different approach and entered my Priority Club # and asked the system to email me my password. The system seized up.

I think the problem might be that the system cannot cope with Priority Club bookings at the moment.

So I booked without logging in.
I simply used the lower part of the form and entered all my details (as in my club membership - same cc#, same email address etc)
Then did the booking and hey voila!
Got it.

Now the question I have for the experts on the forum is this:
Do I use the blank form and claim to be a friend of Anthony Bainbridge or am I a buddy of Douglas Oesterreich?

I've used these F&F codes the world over and never been asked for the form at any of the hotels.
