  • Many thanks to the OP. I have just booked three nights in an executive room in Belfast next March for £172. Cheaper than Travel Inn and Travelodge.

Just tried to book a hotel near wolverhampton using F&F discount but this rate not available. Does anyone know of another discount code that will work for Holiday Inn, please ?

I have tried all of the ways mentioned on first page before posting my request. They do not seem to provide a discount on the one night stay that I am trying to book and I just wonderedif there were any other discounts. Sorry.

Just to let you know that I phoned central reservations [0800] and they beat all of the online quotes so it's all ended well.
  • Obukit, thanks for the links to the special offers as I managed to get a room for the 29th of this month at the Express by Holiday Inn Royal Docks/Docklands for only £37.50 for 1 night [I'm visiting London for a Cosplay Ball and I couldn't find a reasonably priced hotel until I came across this thread!:D]

Do you know if this will run in Q1 2010?

I need to book some rooms for next July but won't be able to pay for them till January. I need some overnight stays to break up my journey.
    I have a cunning plan!
Proud to be dealing with my debts.

  • Thanks Obukit saved at least 50% on my one night family stay in Bristol in December. Was a bit cheeky and went through Quidco too for the extra 7% off but dont know if it will work hasnt tracked yet...................... Oh well!

    THANK YOU!!!

New 2 for 1 added - I've just had an email.

Whether it's a special occasion or well-deserved treat, stay with us for 2 nights and pay for just 1, you can stay at one of hundreds of hotels around Europe including Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Express by Holiday Inn hotels. Don't forget - the earlier you book, the more choice you'll have!
Offer applicable for stays taken from 1st December 2009 - 31st May 2010. This offer is available on the Best Flexible Rate. When booking your hotel, please select 2 nights accommodation- your discount will be applied automatically and a new average nightly rate calculated accordingly.

Does anyone have any knowledge of the InterContinental Ambassador programme? The web site 'sells' the membership for $150 US each year which gives you one free night and free upgrades.

I'm looking at booking the Intercontinental in Sydney for 30th Jan to 3rd Feb and trying to work out if the Friends and Family link on page one is better than joining the above programme, so was wondering if anyone was a member?

Maybe I could do 2 nights of each programme?

    Cheers
