Hi, the email address is hiemanhattan@hershahotels.com. If you quote the CRS number (eight digit number beginning with a 6, e.g. 61234567), then they will be able to find your reservation quickly - this will be at the top of your confirmation email.

It's worth making sure your bank is aware that you're expecting a transaction from America, as otherwise they may decline it. You can normally message them through internet banking to let them know.

Just a quick question - is there any cut off date I need to book by? Will the rate be unavailable if I book too close to the holiday dates? Also will the price go up the later I book?

Obukit, can you tell me how much breakfast is at your holiday inn? we are staying 2 nights at holiday inn Lancaster in October on the 2 for 1 offer, when we stayed in July our breakfast was included but im sure i saw posters in the lift saying breakfast was £7.95 per adult, also are you better booking before you go or just when you arrive, thanks

check out the autum offers they include breakfast and for a trip we are going on it worked out much cheaper than the offers on the first page here.

I am looking to book 10 days in Spain under the 2 for 1 offer. In the terms and conditions it says:

RULES:
- MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DISCOUNTED NIGHTS IS 1.
- MUST STAY AT LEAST: 2 NIGHTS
- MUST STAY NO MORE THAN: 2 NIGHTS
- CHECK-IN TIME: 03:00 PM
- CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 PM

Does anyone know if it is acceptable to book the 2 for 1 offer 5 times to cover the 10 nights or is will they not allow this under the must not stay more than 2 nights?

Book 5 lots of 2 nights using the offer and then call the hotel and ask that you keep the same room for the entire stay. I booked 6 nights at an Intercontinental using this method (I did it over the phone to make sure it was all ok) and it was absolutely fine.

How long do you think they would take to get back to me? Just wondering when I should call them if nothing happens.

Thankyou soooo much Obukit for your help, advice and links. I have just saved so much money by booking 3 nights at a H.I. Express in London. Initially when I was looking at hotels in London I wasn't even sure I could afford a one night stay, but now, I've managed to book 3 nights!! :jI am sooo very happy. Thankyou. :T
