I have managed to book 1 room in the holiday inn Express Victoria for Nov via Friends and family, great, now I want to book another room for 2 adults and 2 children on the same dates it wont allow me to, My friends have reserved this type of room before I found your link to friends and family.They can cancel as it is only reserved. I usually add a note in the comments box on the payment page. The hotels seem to take note whenever I have done this. Or just call the hotel and explain.

Just to let you know the 2 nights for the price of 1 is still working.

If we had paid for a room with breakfast then it would have been £89-£99 pn but I've got £79 for 2 nights and breakfast is £15 per adult (2) and kids eat free so I'll only be paying £139 for the weekend with breakfast this way.

None of the packages include breakfast UNLESS you book the HI Express and then you get a continental breakfast - but the HI was more expensive, per night, on the 2 for 1.

You can usually get breakfast cheaper than the advertised rate if you ask about breakfast vouchers at reception.

I booked a stay in New York 4-5 months ago, I was expecting them to take payment pretty quickly but they havent. What is the best way to hurry them up and take payment, the exchange rate is quite good now?

Hi, sorry for the delay in replying. Try making it for 2 adults and 1 child - some hotels have this set as the maximum to avoid complaints if the extra bed is a double sofa bed. Otherwise as others have said leave a comment on the reservation (these are checked the morning prior to your arrival), or email the hotel directly.

Hi, you can email the hotel - the contact details are on the web page of the hotel you booked - and ask them to take payment. Payments are all processed manually by the hotel so they should be able to sort it for you straight away.
