I don't mean "never wash your clothes, just stick with febreeze!" - I was just mentioning, you can wear a tshirt, or a pair of jeans or something for 2 -3 days without having to wash them.
This just saves me time and gives me a chance to just visit the laundrette once every two weeks or so.
a t-shirt for 3 days?!!!! ew!!!!!:T The best things in life are FREE! :T0 -

Get a bike or walk! Honestly, if you live in a place like York there is no excuse for taking the bus everywhere. It now costs 1.50 to get from my house to campus, and I live a 20 minute walk away, so no excuse.
I rarely buy food on campus - why pay 2 pounds for an unhealthy sandwich, when I can make my own which is more healthier? Or I can just come home for lunch and go back later in the day.
Some clothes come from ebay (I draw the line at shoes and underwear). Picked up a really nice jumper for 10 pounds the other week, which would have cost me 60 quid in Monsoon new.
Find your local poundstore if you have one - I buy bathroom stuff from there, like toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo etc. It's all the brand stuff, just better to spend about 3 or 4 pounds a month than 20 quid in Boots.'We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time. I know what djhworld is on about. I hate coming back with smokey clothes so spray them and put them on my airer overnight, otherwise my room will stink, eww!!
Sometimes there no need to wash clothes straight away, such as if you only have a few items need washing.
I don't think the OP is saying never wash them, just if you want to wear something then freshen it up with spray.Student MoneySaving Club member 017!0 -

I know what you mean....that walk to the laundry is awful. Then you get there to find out that all the washers are being used and the next one won't be available for 25 mins or something!0 -
