    As far as I know the £1 is the opening deposit to get £20.

    They were very reasonable and accepted my DLA letter and bank statement.

    I applied for me and my OH on the morning of the offer. Sent off my cheques on 16th March. 2 welcome packs arrived today. Have just been online and transferred 2 lots of £21 back to our current accounts. Yippee!!! :)
    BTW, all you need online is your customer number, which they had already provided, and your pin and memorable date, which you have already set. Might be worth trying even if you've not got your pack yet?

    I checked a couple of hours ago and balance was still £1. Just checked again and it was £21 :) I've just made the transfer to my bank account!

    i got a letter today for oh account to say the certified copy of his driving licence dont by our bank isnt acceptable~! what more do they want!? they banked his £1 cheque though!
