I got a USB sync / charger for my Dell X51v from Ebay and plugged it in my Q-Be for a couple of hours. It doesn't seem to have done it any harm.

Note to anyone else with same cheap charger model IT-08, the output voltage is listed as 12Volts but I suspect it is not or at least it has not fried my MP3 player!

Cheers, sorted now, the eejit I bought it for was leaving it on pause rather then switching it off!
