Hi JennieAm intending on filing for bankruptcy at the start of April, have struggled now for 3 years and as my income gets reduced each year I can no longer get by. Each year my employer gives me a pay rise and tax credits and housing benefit take so much in duductions i end up worse off each year.
This year I give up, I am throwing inthe towel
April isn't far away now, have you started you own thread? It might be an idea to start one telling your situation and asking all the questions you have and posting your statement of affairs.

Don't ignore a problem. Unlike a bad smell, it won't eventually go away.0
