It would be interesting to find out how many this month, the month before and April. Less or more?Better to be poor than a slave to wealth

Hi All
Hubby is going BR in March, so as not to get a Nil Tax code.
I am in April, as we cannot afford for us both to go BR in March, and as I am not working (only Benefits) then makes no odds, as to when I go BR, as nil tax code will not affect me.0 -

Hi Aprils!!
Just 'Bumping' for anyone else that wants to join our club!!
Keep well.0 -
I will be a 'leaver' in April! Yeaaaahhhhhh!!!!
I said that just to let you know there is light at the end of the tunnel - wasn't boasting! The year has gone relatively quickly. My advice would be just live your life normally and not get tied up in being bankrupt or else you lose a year out of your life.

Hi all Aprils,
I thought I update you:
BR date is 28th of April,
am desperately waiting for co-op to send account details, as I need to re-direct my next wage packet to the new account (got a loan with my current bank and they take 250 one day after my pay reaches account).
Have also had a letter off Egg (one week after missing my first ever pppayment!!!), asking me to re-instate my DD.
I also spoke to National Debtline, I read somewhere that that can count as advice, as myCAB never answers the phone (ever!). Any ideas on that?
Haveshopped around for contents and pet insurance, but will only set it up after co-op has money in...
Still not started on forms. Do I need to send them to court before or do I take them on the day? (They are paper forms the court send them out to me).
Hope you all will have a good week!xxx0 -
sounds like everything is pretty well on track...well done blue
If you've spoken to national debtline that will count as seeking professional advice so dont worry too much..you need 3 copies of the bankruptcy forms book your appt with the court for bankrupcy & take the forms & fees with you on the day
