I'll join this club if thats ok, our local Court seems a different process to most the others I've read.
Went to the court today handed over the papers, got asked to sign the papers in a couple of places, swore an oath and paid our £990 (me & my wife going BR) and we have a date to go back on the 8th when the Judge is next back in???
Nice and quick appointment which I thought was good, shocked my wife somewhat though, so 8th is our big day :TBSC No. 2540 -
good luck for the 8th mna78. Nice n quick the agony will be over sooner for you.I came into this world with nothing and I'm gonna leave with nothing.0

Ditto here - I go before the judge on the 8th too. In less than a week all the waiting will be over!
Good luck - I am paying my fees (£510, booooo) on the 7th though so will be back and forth to the court at least twice next week

Don't ignore a problem. Unlike a bad smell, it won't eventually go away.0 -

Hi you are welcome to the April club, in some ways, quicker is better, less time to stress and worry over the matter. Best wishes for the day.
