Hello sniggings! plenty of room still. So it's tomorrow is it? Well all the best for tomorrow and I hope it goes well for you. Are you nervous or do you feel all prepared?

deffo not prepared,to be honest I think I'm going to get into trouble cos my forms are not the most detailed forms, the amounts of debts and account numbers etc where "a best guess" rather than me ringing the creditor and asking for the correct details,I just couldn't bring myself to ring:o

Hi, what time have you to be at court? It is not too late to change anything or add more information you know. If there is anything that you want help with then just make a thread about it because there are people here late at night, through the night or early morning so someone will be able to help out.

Its not too important about the amount of debt etc because either way it gets included. And as long as you have put down who the debt is with, if the account numbers are not accurate, they can search with your name and address, dob etc to find all of the accounts concerned. Don't worry about this bit too much.

2 weeks from now shall be stood in front of the judge having handed over £510_pale_ and begging to be made BR!! I can hardly wait:j:j!! Then all the hiding can stop and I can park outside my home rather than a mile away and trudging back through rain etc etc to avoid bailiffs :rotfl::rotfl:. Adult version of hide and seek. Good luck to all those nearing their BR dates.

Thanks iquit. Court tomorrow for forms & fee, then back on Wednesday afternoon to see the judge. I just want it all over really.

On a brighter note, I told my new girlfriend yesterday evening and she was great about it - "I thought you were going to tell me something worse" were her words. Big relief - I am a lucky guy...
