soappie, maybe your body is daring to tell you to slow down a little? :rotfl: how very dare it
froddy what a good spot, wish one came up on ours DS1 loved the one in the sensory room we went to. I am sure the children will love it!

Managed to do quite a bit then the children came home. They seem to have had a good time but then caused chaos. Then as promised went to a local pub (which I'd never been to) for lunch which was nice. We just watched Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium, lovely warming movie that one if a little corny, which DS1 recorded on the sky+ yesterday, quite funny actually so far :) All apart from half a load of lights and same coloureds has been washed :D got some on the line I must grab in in a mo as it's dark now, put it out as soon as the snow stopped. DPs asleep on the sofa, must have worn him out having the boys 2 days in a row to himself.

    Tonight I need to

    Bath the boys
    Pay some online bills
    Put the clean/dry laundry away
Sort uniforms for in the morning
Sort school bags for in the morning
Find things I need to take with me tomorrow to roadshow thing
    Find carbon monoxide detector
    Empty DW
    Get laundry in from line
    Remove dry laundry from airers
    Put wet laundry on airers
Put darks load in once everyones finished with todays clothes

So not much then :o was going to add fit some study time in but maybe that will be impossible......
One day I might be more organised...........

Chucking it down here again now! Got dinner in the oven and someone coming any minute to collect stuff I offered on freecycle.

Anyone know where I can buy armbands for swimming? Need some for school as we're running low and am trying to source them cheaply!

lil_me - why don't you put a wanted ad on freecycle? You never know what you might be offered

Am glad I don't have to deal with absent father issues - though still hoping for children one day. Not much hope though

Well, yet again I haven't done much off the lists this week but my girls and I have made a great start on the upstairs :T
The girls are working on their room (they are desperate to have it decorated and have the bunk beds taken down to make single beds - not sure how that will be  hope less space will = less mess?)
So far they have two bags for charity (going tomorrow), a box for either ebay or bootfair plus a big pile of games for the same.
They are also going to get rid of their big dolls house as they don't play with it now, too old.
Not really sure how to sell it. It cost quite a bit originally not including all the furniture. I would put it on ebay but it doesn't come apart so I'd have no idea what to do about postage

I have finally put my three large boxes of Christmas presents for this year up in the attic (with the help from DD1). I normally like to keep it all near me so I can keep looking through it during the year :o but I've bravely decided it might be good to have some space in the bedroom - after all it's only 10 foot square
I've also finally moved my dolls house back out of the girls room, it was put in there when (e)strange husband took the unit it use to live on. Now I need to decided what to do with it.
I brought it as a kit about 5 nearly 6 years when I was with an ex. He put it together and it's not been touched since :o , it's an undecorated, unwired shell.
I really would like to do it up but I currently don't have to money (a phone call from a debt company on Saturday reminded me of this ) or time to do it, maybe I'll put it the attic for awhile

I have two boxes of cr*p and paperwork to sort through and I found a folder full of letters from old pen pals I use to write to. I'm going to attempt to shred them without reading them :A . . . tomorrow :D
I still have lots to do in there and I am going to work REALLY hard on it tomorrow. Only problem is while I work on one room others get neglected :( and it turns into a vicious circle of catch up .
Roll on the holidays, don't have to work then so I should get more done :T

Anyway, what I'm going to do it write my own list of jobs for tomorrow but try to do some of what's on the thread as well IF I have time :D

Froddy, try ebay and see if you can negotiate a discount. The kids at my sons school prefer the foam ones usually which are more expensive but seem to last longer. Local sports shops depending how many you buy might be able to offer a discount.

    Right, bath time, ttfn!

    hi all.

well spoken to DH and I think he is planning on having the children friday night/saturday or saturday night/sunday :D He will also look after them another evening too-when I go out/or work :D he agreed that he wasn't seeing them enough but would prefer to see them somewhere else ( I can understand this-guess it must be hard to come into the 'family home')

Will wait and see what happens, we were going to have a chat on Tuesday about more stuff as there always seems to be something :D
