Howdy all,
I've been lurking around for a few days trying to absorb all of your advice.
I went to my local branch (Crawley) today, unfortunately they don't have any new extracts mini's - well none that I could find anyway- only the mediteraean ones. I ended up getting an Extracts lip balm though, used MAG and ACM vouchers no probs.
Happily discovered that you could use No7 Perkie on the Mini Brush Set (http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=335132&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051).
I ended up getting 3 - at seperate tills of course:rolleyes:.
The No7 SA said that the perkies could be used on all No7 accessories, but not Ruby & Miller's.
V.little in the clearance section though. Oh and the only Vichey I could find was a travel kit that came with a purchase
But all in all a good trip.Sealed Pot Challenge Member 164

and my answer is "they were calling me & saying please buy me" :rotfl: :rotfl:
needless to say he thinks I am mad as well
It seems to be a common problem, much more serious than I originally thought, we need some help here.
These poor poor men they really do have a problem don't they, oh dear~ What goes around comes around ~0 -
Hi Lucy,
They don't give them out at the self scan tills  if you queue up with your receipt at the main tills and explain, they should give you a No 7 voucher though.
Usually I only use the SS tills for getting rid of vouchers, so the receipts can look a bit dodgy (especially if I have got more back in points than I have spent in cash!) so I usually sacrifice the No 7 voucher on those transactions- the SA's can be very difficult and strict, and I have had many occasions where I've tried to use, say, a No 7 voucher along with a 250 point voucher and told I cannot use the 2 together at manned tills
So while SS tills are brill for voucher combining, personally I don't think it's worth the hassle of having a glitchy receipt interrogated in order to get another No 7 voucher!
Apparently some other stores have an SA by the SS tills handing out the vouchers, but I have never seen anyone do this in Oxford I'm afraid.
I haven't tried the extracts glitch yet, but I'm sure others have reported only having 1 lot of 150 points added despite both vouchers seeming to scan ok
Ok thanks for that, was only just over the £5 so think I'll prob leave it this time, at least I got the loreal gwp, I'll get another one 2moro if I can!
Thanks for all your help everyone :AAddicted to MSE, I can't resist a bargain0 -

When I think back, I used to delighted if I was bought my Chanel Coco EDP for Christmas, now I have a 100ml on the go (amongst many others) and 2 spare ones in wating (paid with pts).
Well if we can't spoil ourselves as well who can we spoil. I am getting itchy fingers now, as I think I can hear them calling me,
listen................polly..... pollieeeeee....pollssssssssssssssssss :rotfl: :rotfl: OK don't tell me I am mad, I know my OH is always telling me
Nice to see its not just me who has developed a serious perfume addiction, since taking up bootsing.:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Well...They need to sell the stuff to someone don't they...May as well be some of us...
Thats what is so great about all those lovely points...Spending them!:D
The ACM dosen't want to give me any more Extracts vouchers, just got 3 in total.
I have one left, checked the machine today, but there were none on offer.
No TS 150 points either. I am hoping something fab will turn up there one day soon though!:)0 -

Thanks for all the lovely pm's and posts on the forum re: my post yesterday. Really appreciate it. Did a mini Boots shop and a long gym visit. Summer is just round the corner and I must shed the extra lbs! I'm thinking 3 x soups a day, lots of water, and lots of fruit and vegetable diet too. Go me!
Saw quite a lot of No7 Contour Anti Cellulite Balm (or something) for £2.45 at DEWSBURY near the tills. Can PURPLES be used on these? If so, 2 x would come as free as just under £5.
Gonna take all the Model Me Erina's back to Boots tomorrow and just say keep em, I don't want em. Messing up my room!
Thanks to everyone for the Extracts vouchers, gonna go and buy loads of mini's tomorrow. PURPLES were sent out this morning, so should be with you by tomorrow, apologies for the delay.
Can someone please explain the VICHY thing to me? Do I just hide it amongst my other purchases and it goes through free right? If so, will be getting one tomorrow.0
