LOL well it would be wasted on me ... had to google him to find out who he was... only know a few of his songs! LOL and if were were actually gonna be at our houise on that day i'd offer you our sofa for the night :rotfl: ( only 20 mins on a train to central londn from mine) but we'll be out most of the night

  • hi peeps

just got new laptop (bought, not won, unfortunately!) and am busy trying to install/transfer/set up stuff... my comping has lived by a brilliant add-on for firefox i saw on here months ago called snap links, that enables you open multiple links by right clicking and dragging over them. i can find it installed on my old machine, i can even find a version online, i'm just darned if i can get it to install and run on my new machine... anyone else use it and can remember how to get it going? if i've posted this in the wrong place tell me in words of one syllable to b**ger off and i'll sling my hook. ;)
started comping may 2008 - what a great community! bless all the op's! :T :T

Technically b*gger is two sylables ;):p

What versions of FF do you have on each puter? my guess is that you have an older version on your old comp and the new version on your new lappy. if you google for snaplinks for FF vers 3.0.7 you should find some help there, you actually need snaplinks vers 0.05 but I have googled for that link so I can't guarantee the site :D
That ain't working! That's the way to do it, money for nothing and TV's for free ;)
