Now you've said the above I agree with you. He should have read the auction description before bidding, not after.....or asked a question if he wasn't sure.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
slow1uk wrote:I think you have to refund as it reads like he was getting a ex-display model phone not a dummy display non working phone, its not clear in your add that the phone is a dummy display.... your heading reads nokia 6230i as new just reading that I thought it was a real live make calls, text phone.... sorry but I think he is right he should get a full refund, and if you want to keep your 100% feedback then refund and close the case...
OP has already said they have refunded.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
reading the listing, my first impression would be that I would be bidding on an ex-display phone, not a plastic shell. Locked to orange, ex-display, listed under phones, classed as "as new", sorry very misleading description, though tbh, I wouldn't have considered buying it anyway as I avoid private feedback. I know fb is not compulsary etc. but I think if you are hiding it, there must be a reason (after all, I've 400 glowing positives as both a seller and buyer and I'd be a fool not to let ppl see that I am a good ebayer, however, if I had a lot of negative comments....................) I'm not going to praise OP for refunding as I don't really think there was any other option, and I think on hindsight he probably realises this now anyway - list it under toys next time!!0
