    Hi all,

I am trying to shift a few pounds so my meal planning is more important than ever and I really need to get a handle on snacking on rubbish that tends to get left out in work so I will try and incorporate something into my meal plan.

M: Quorn cottage pie and lots of veg

T: Falafel, wholemeal pitta and salad

W: Wholemeal pasta, pesto and peas with slaad

T: Jacket potatoes with tuna and salad

F: OH birthday so may well be eating out

S: Beef stew and dumplings, red cabbage and veg

S: Cauliflower dal and brown rice

Lunches will be veg and barley broth or spicy lentil soup with fruit and yoghurt for snacks. Breakfast is porridge or wholemeal toast with HM jam or marmalade.

    Have a good week all
