Tuesday - Stuffed (Twice baked jackets to some?) baked potatoes with beans

Saturday - Minestrone, garlic bread, lemon cake & custard

Sunday - Roast chicken, roast potatoes, brocolli, carrots, cauliflower & gravy

Breakfasts are cereal (still taking advantage of Asda's 2 boxes for £2) or toast.

Lunches are usually soup, sandwiches, leftovers, things on toast & cheese & crackers.

Snacks are fruit, veggie sticks, houmus, yoghurts, sandwiches, twinks, weetabix cake & the ODD  bag of crisps.

Have a good week cooking folks!
  • Ive found a great quick lunch and is delish. Use up any bits of ham, mushrooms, peppers, chiilies, pineapple etc etc....just toast one side of bread-add any veg/ham etc then grate cheddar or frozen mozarella on top and place under grill.....delish like a pizza!!
