Don't accept "Tough" !!! You bought the magazine or whatever in good faith, so you entitled to the Hair cut ( assuming you meet all their T&Cs)
Why don't you stress that you are quite willing to travel 10 miles. and that you don't consider that "Too Far". Say you would be most grateful if they pass your details onto the Salon asap, as you desperately need that Free Hair Cut.
I heard nothing, phoned and was told there was none in my area, I said I was prepared to travel to any of the ones which I found on their website, and was eventually told they would sort it out that day - a couple of weeks later, I got a call from one of the salons.
Don't give up - if you did it all on-line you're not even wasting the cost of a phone call !! The only thing you might be wasting is your time......and you might just get your elusive free hair cut !!;)

I emailed the k.milton email address and they got back to me within a few hours and gave me the number for the salon. I've just phoned them and booked an appointment for Thursday. They told me that it was Monday-Friday only... don't remember that in the offer. Fingers crossed anyway it will be alright now! Knowing my luck I'm going to turn up and find myself booked in with a trainee!!

I had a good chat with the OWNER of the salon I went to - who was doing my hair !!. The salons PAY The Hair Company to be on their books. They WANT new customers - the salon I went to was newly opened and wanting to build up its client base. So I don't think you will be palmed off onto a trainee. To give you a 'less-than-perfect' cut and finish would be to defeat the whole object of them paying THC in the first place.
They are not begrudgingly giving you a free hair cut, they want to impress you so much with the treatment you received, that you will go back again, and obviously pay the next time !!
I've had 2 free cuts via THC ( in 2 diff yrs) at diff salons, and would be happy to go back to either and Pay ( the first one I have done already !!)

BTW, first Salon I went to would only do 'Freebies' Monday - Thursdays. I suppose that Fri and Sat are their busiest day for their normal clients, so cannot blame them:cool:

I did e.mail them back in May, I did get a reply saying they had received my request but had not heard from the salon and they would chase it up...Heard nothing so have e.mailed again to prima@natmags.co.uk from the mag address and also CC to k.milton@facelineloyaltymarketing.com as listed on here recently..I will get my hair cut free I will get my hair cut free....I will get my hair cut free..Please Prima Mag sort out your so called free offers...

Prima phoned me Lunchtime and asked had the Hairdresser phoned me yet....No was the answer...but she gave me the phone number to ring them which I will do in a few days...want to see if they ring 1st and most importantly Ihad my hair cut 2 weeks ago...grrrr!!!so will not want an appointment just yet...'Prima' contact info for Hair group.. Thanks for the email addresses above. I too applied back in Feb. I contacted them in May and was told I would hear from a salon soon. Nothing, nada, zilch, zero you get the picture. What a con. I have tried the email addresses above. I've been hanging on for my freebie - my hair is a right mess. Fingers crossed

It worked. Got a phone call next day. Turned out to be the hairdresser I usually go to (I'd started with them after a similar offer with WW Mag) Phoned them and explained I was already on their books & asked would I still get the free deal? Owner said she would do 50% off as it was really to drum up new business and they have to pay the hairgoup. Anyway, went today and had colour and complete restyle & blow dry. When I went to pay I checked that I could still get the 50% off the cut&blow bit. She said 'Oh didn't realise it was you on the phone - I'll knock off the whole 100%!' Result. Thanks for the email adds etc, otherwise I would have given up.
