Free top salon haircut with Prima magazine

Got a call yesterday and booked in next week (in Windsor), the actual hairdressers will be Toni and Guys, but I bet it will be the trainee hairdresser!

Its very naughty of them to fib about the salons. Perhaps they have reached their quota for each hairdresser maybe? Still naughty if they are not offering an alternative.

Does anyone have a prima magazine, I would like an address to write and complain to.

I have texted them back but still waiting a reply :mad: ... so I will text them EVERYDAY until they reply...good job I got free text's think this is going to go on and on !!

Thanks for this, however I feel that complaining direct to Prima magazine might be more effective. minimum we would get back is the cost of the magazine.

On the positive side I did send off for a previous Hair Group free haircut offer well over a year ago. They took AGES to get back to me. Last June I eventually managed to arrange a day off work to get the free hair cut midweek. Also had 25% off any colour treatment, so I had the "Full Works" - spending as much on the highlights etc as I would have done on my usual hair cut. Salon was lovely. Staff very friendly. Best haircut I've ever had. :j So good in fact, that have even been back again, ( they sent me a letter offering another discounted haircut and colour - though unfortunately not free).
Interestingly THEIR location is not listed on the Hair Groups website.
I have the coupons for another Hair Group Free Haircut offer from the Daily Express - which I only bought because of the free haircut, but given the problem with the Prima one, what is the point ? I saw the one in the Sainsburys Mag - but that is with the hairgroup as well, so didn't bother buying the mag. :mad:
I note on all these offers the paper/magazine put "Free Haircut.....for every reader" in big headlines, often on their front page. If it is not available to EVERY reader surely someone is breaking the Trades Descriptions/Advertising law ??
