Try e mailing them I did this & got a reply within hours. Then i got my letter after a week had great haircut in posh salon well worth the hassle

It never occurred to me to e.mail them...In my June issue there is general e.mail addy....prima@natmags.co.uk...I will try that one anyway and see what happens......

Thanks a lot lara1983 for leaving me the geographical number. In the end I went to Prima website, and followed the details to contact them. I e-mailed k.milton@facelineloyaltymarketing.com and someone e-mailed me immediately asking for details of my phone number. She then rang me within a couple of days and was very apologetic, and said she would forward my details again to hairgroup and I should hear from them within a couple of weeks, and to get back to her if I didn't.

I recommend this to anyone who hasn't heard from hairgroup yet.

I had just about given up on hearing anything. Then last Thursday I got a call from a salon about 10 miles away. I have an appointment for next week (on my birthday as it happens!) and they assured me (without any prompting from me) that it will be one of their top stylists and not a junior. So don't give up hope!!

The hair salon called me as well - booked my appointment next week. So do chase them..

Well, after my post above advising everyone to call them like I had I have to say that I haven't heard back again and it's been nearly 30 days! I'm giving the email address a try - I will let you all know how I get on.

:j Hope lots of mse users get free haircut. I tried this offer recently, I can't remmeber the details but it was the same company, hairgroup.com, I just had to apply online. anyway, they said the salon that was about 10 miles away and closer than mine 17 miles away was too far so tough, I couldn't get my hair cut!!! SO, don't be disapponted if they knock you back. :T

Got my haircut today. Very please the stylist took his time to make sure it was alright. It will keep now till july. Great
