The first thing my brother said to me (after 'hello') was 'Hey mum tells me you're joining a gym!' Indicating my weight had been the topic of conversation in their household prior to my visit.
How is it possible for your mother to heavily hint that you really should be getting back on Weight Watchers asap and in the next breath ask if you'd like some crisps or nuts to nibble while the pizza cooks!?
Anyway, just needed to vent. Happy Monday everyone! :j :j

Good Morning Blondie and friends
Hope today is a better day and all went well at the docs yesterday. Keep us posted when you are ready.0 -
Morning everyone,
How is everyone this fine (well it's dry) morning? I'm now officially back in the Blondie gang (got highlights re-done last night), feel all summery now.
Will just hang around and wait for Blondie news i.e. will go to the canteen and eat as much as I can then check back later0 -
I just wanted to update you all from yesterday.
I went to the doctors, feeling a bit like a little kid who had been naughty.
My doctor was great, he knew how i felt. I cried my eyes out.
Hes given me tablets and signed me off work for a month. He said i have to take the paper to the job centre to claim.
I feel better today. Im so sorry for making you all worried about me.
I want to say that yesterday was probably one of the lowest i have ever felt in my life and all your messages helped me feel better. I cnt thank you enough.
I am going to my sisters today to take my nephew to the park to help clear my head. Maybe sit on the swings. xxxx
I really want to say thanks to you girls on this thread. I am sorry for yesterday i just lost it.
I promise i will be back and fighting. (one good thing seem to have lost the urge to eat?? will miracles ever cease eh?)
Marmite had so many hugs yesterday that hes scared to come near me today.
Once i came back from the doctors Sparky came home and he just said 'only weak people get depression'. I then walked out.
He later rang me crying. Ive told him not to bother crying as i need to help myself at the moment and not try to cope with him crying on me.
I am not going to worry about jobs this week. I may have to go bankrupt so whats another week gonna matter.Im going to spend time going for walks and speaking to you all on here.

Hey Blondie
I posted on your other thread too, but glad to hear you are feeling a little better today.
As for Sparky, only very unkind words come into my head, so I won't waste them on him. I think you know what you need to do about this, and you will do it in your own time - for today, he and all your other problems don't matter, take care of yourself. x
PS - as for digging out the wine, I'm in, I got confirmation of my redundancy an hour ago, there's lots of us in similar positions, we can deal with it all, one day at a time.0 -
thanks goochie. I shall bring out the redundancy wine. xxx (are you ok?)CC1 - £250 (PAID) :j
